Chiropractor

Dr. Kristen Lindsey Sikes D.C.

Dr. Kristen Lindsey Sikes is a chiropractor, wife, and mother who is deeply committed to helping families build resilient, thriving health through nervous-system–centered chiropractic care. As a Valdosta native, she is passionate about serving her community with an approach rooted in connection, consistency, and long-term well-being.

Dr. Kristen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University, where she attended on a softball scholarship, before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Her clinical focus extends beyond symptom relief and centers on improving nervous system function so the body can adapt, regulate, and express health as it was designed to.

She is Webster Technique certified, Schaefer Protocol certified, and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), with advanced training in prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractic care. Dr. Kristen has a special passion for supporting women through pregnancy, caring for infants and children, and helping families establish strong foundations for health at every stage of life.

Outside the office, Dr. Kristen is actively involved with her children, family, and community. She believes that true health is built through consistency, support, and honoring the body’s innate intelligence—principles she lives by both personally and professionally.

Chiropractor

Dr. Shane Sikes D.C.

Dr. Shane Sikes is a chiropractor, husband, and father who is passionate about supporting families through gentle, nervous-system–centered chiropractic care. Originally from Plant City, Florida, he is committed to helping individuals of all ages build strong, adaptable bodies and long-term health.

Dr. Shane earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from the University of South Florida before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. He is Webster Technique certified with advanced training in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic, allowing him to support families through pregnancy, childhood, and beyond. He is also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).

Outside the office, Dr. Shane is actively involved with his family and community. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his two boys, teaching them to explore, learn, and appreciate the world around them. His approach to care reflects these same values—presence, consistency, and respect for the body’s natural ability to adapt and thrive.
